He was predeceased by: his parents, Roy Pierce and Mildred Pierce; and his siblings, Donavan Pierce and Joan Pierce EuDaly. He is survived by: his wife Jacquelyn Pierce; his children, Karl Dean Pierce, Lisa Pierce-Tomlin (Patrick) and Lanora Pierce Yates (Mark); his siblings, Barbara Pierce Morris and Stewart Pierce (Marlyn) of Texas; and his grandchildren, Christina Pierce-Tomlin (Michael), Timothy Pierce-Tomlin (Gabriella) and Matthew Pierce-Tomlin.
