He was predeceased by: his parents, Joe Goss and Ettie Cochran Goss. He is survived by: his children, Michael Thompson of Winston, Patricia Goss of Bremen, James A. Goss, Jr. of Wedowee, Joey and Kim Goss of Bremen. He is also survived by nine grandchildren and 13 great grandchildren.
