She was predeceased by: her parents, Grover Eubanks and Pauline Wade Eubanks; her husband Quenton Mote; and her siblings, Buddy Eubanks, Guy Eubanks, Doris Masters and Marie King.
She is survived by: her children, Alice Boldin of Winder, Anita Boldin of Winder, Robert Mote of Winder and Georgia; and her siblings, Milton Eubanks of Flowery Branch and Mildred Puckett. She is also survived by four grandchildren and ten great grandchildren.
