She is survived by: her husband Larry Benton of Willacoochee, GA; her children, Ashlyn Benton of Douglas, GA and Zane Benton of Norfolk, VA; her mother Patsy Hurst of Broxton, GA; and her brother Ivy Hurst, Jr. (Shelly) of Broxton, GA. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
