He was predeceased by: his parents, Willie, Jr. Horton and Mavadell Carmichael Horton; and his son Terry Horton. He is survived by: his wife Virginia Bennett Horton of Willacoochee; his children, Michael Horton (Julie) of Pearson and Regina Webb (John) of Nashville; his siblings, Jesse W. Horton of Ray City and Christell Williams of Willacoochee; his grandchildren, Haley (Josh), Walt, Alainnah, Riley, Alex, Alyssa, Caden and Clayton; and his great grandchildren, Landon, Hannah, Liam, Paisley and Dawson. He is also survived by Several nieces, nephews, along with several other relatives.
