He is survived by: his wife Cheri Bolton of Sandy Springs, GA; his children, David Bolton (Carol) of Suwanee, GA and Julia Bolton of North Augusta, SC; his grandchildren, Christopher, John Bolton of Suwanee, GA and Juliana Bolton of North Augusta, SC; and his brother John Bolton (Virginia) of Sanford, NC. He is also survived by several nephews and nieces.
