She was predeceased by: her parents, Laura Leslie and O. C. Harrison; and her sister Bernice Ellis. She is survived by: her children, Steve Young (Etta) of Buckhead, Lynne Griffin (Tony) of Greenville, NC and Kaye Sessions (Lee) of Monticello; her grandchildren, Stephen Young, Jr. (Meghan) of Athens, Laurah Walker (William), Linda Thompson (Jake) of Charlotte, NC, Karen Poulin (Jeremy) of Markleeville, CA and Matthew Sessions (Kali) of Roswell; her great grandchildren, Griffin, Harrison, Wyatt and Lylah; and her sister Myrtice Simms of Bonifay, FL. She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, the family asks that memorial contributions be made to Green's Cut United Methodist Church.
