It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Steffi G. Bailie of Waynesboro, Georgia, who passed away on January 10, 2023, at the age of 98, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Meta Conradt Gottschalk of Atlanta and Dr. Erich Gottschalk of Berlin, Germany.; and her sister Evelyn Gottschalk of Atlanta. She is survived by: her husband Dr. Robert Courtney Bailie III; her children, Janice Bailie Packard of Virginia Beach and Robert Courtney Bailie IV "Robin" (Kathleen) of North Augusta, SC.; her granddaughters, Whitney P. Jaeger of Clifton and Kelly L. Basnight (Harry) of Virginia Beach; and her great grandchildren, Parker McKenzie Basnight and Taylor Grace Basnight of Virginia Beach, Virginia..
In lieu of flowers the family requests that memorials be made to St. Michael's Episcopal Church, Waynesboro, Georgia.
