Flakes (Waynesboro, Georgia), born in Millen, Georgia, who passed away on November 14, 2022, at the age of 72, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his mother Josie Flakes; and his siblings, Arnold, Ellis Flakes and Joan Bell. He is survived by: his wife Judy Babb; his children, Russell Flakes, Jr. (Kelly) of Waynesboro, Jennifer Alexander (Clay) of Keysville, Jason Flakes (Alana) of Waynesboro and Ashley Rodriguez (Danny) of Hephzibah; his grandchildren, Jordan, Justin, Marissa, Josey, Jenna Grace, Avery, Brayden, Langston, Mollie and Chandler; and his sister Linda Flakes. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, and cousins.
