He was predeceased by: his father Otis Windham; his son Tommy Windham, Sr.; and his siblings, Malcolm Windham, Lunnie Windham, Margaret Chancey, Virginia Turner and Mildred McClendon.
He is survived by: his wife Gayle Windham; his daughter Wanda Windham of Canton, GA; his grandchildren, Kevin Windham of Sardis, Tommy Windham, Jr. (Krystal) of Sardis and Lauren Whitten of Canton, GA; his great grandchildren, Faith, Gracie, Lacie, Paisley, Jace and Bryson; and his siblings, Sandy Rathjen (Rick) of Naples, FL, Bobbie Nell Miller of Cartersville, GA, Earl Windham (Jeanette) of Phoenix City, AL and Billy Windham (Josephine) of Dale County, AL. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
