It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Frances Martin of Waynesboro, Georgia, who passed away on June 13, 2023, at the age of 59, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her brothers, Steve and Jeff Martin; and her parents, JD and Oveta. She is survived by: her sons, Stephen Blackstone and Cory Taylor; her daughter-in-law Shannon; and her grandchildren, Kaden and Kian.
