He was predeceased by: his father William Terrell Wiggins, Jr.; and his brother William Terrell Wiggins III. He is survived by: his wife Jone Tomlin Wiggins of Waynesboro; his children, Daniel Wiggins of Waynesboro, Carson Wiggins (Bryna) of Atlanta and Elizabeth Wiggins of Mt. Pleasant, SC; his brother Nolan Wiggins (Cheryl) of North Augusta, SC; his sister-in-law Wanda Wiggins of North Augusta, SC; and his grandchildren, Rylan Wiggins, Eliza Wiggins, Gibbs Grant and Isabella Grant. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
