He was predeceased by: his grandparents, Ralph, Pat Hillis, Alice, Leroy Martin and David Auvenshine (Marie "Nana"); and his sister Victoria Black.

He is survived by: his parents, Danielle Auvenshine Eddy and Ralph "Bubba" Marion Hillis of Waynesboro, GA.; his siblings, Cameron Black (Sumer), Shane Kaney (Alexis) and Kayleigh Hillis; his nieces, Sara Paisley Black and Madison Faith Black; and his pet Tango.
