She is survived by: her children, Jack Bass (Elsie) of Warwick, James Bass of Warwick, Catherine McCarthy (Jeff) and Carolyn Mitchell (Tom) of Flower Mound, Tex.; and her grandchildren, Jack Bass, Jr., Joe Bass, Jan Williams, Kelly Harrison, Alex Mitchell and Courtney Mitchell.
