She is survived by: her children, Jim Starr of Villa Rica, Deborah Hembree of Villa Rica, Terry Ray Starr of Atlanta, Belinda Ann Starr of Villa Rica and Brenda Moran of Villa Rica. She is also survived by 8 grandchildren and 9 great grandchildren.
