He was predeceased by: his parents, Brantley Sullivan and Debbie Sullivan; his wife Renee'Sullivan; his grandparents, J. T., Doris Farr, Duff and Eunice Sullivan; his aunt Doris Wheeler; and his uncles, Harold, Hurtis, Gerald, J. P. Sullivan and Jimmy Farr.
He is survived by: his children, Cody (Lauren Sullivan), Morgan (Hunter Parmer) and Nevaeh Roberts; his granddaughter Ozzy Grace Sullivan; his close friend Becky Roberts; and his aunts and uncles, Linda Robinson, Lindy, Wayne Spinks, Clark and Debbie Farr. He is also survived by many cousins and their children.
