She was predeceased by: her parents, Thomas Jackson McCollough, Sr. and Hilda Wright McCollough; her husband Reuben Flynt; her sister Miriam Shelnutt; and her son-in-law Jim Thompson.
She is survived by: her children, Thomas H Flynt (Edith) and Clarice Flynt Thompson; her siblings, Thomas Jackson McCollough, Jr and Eugenia Laurence; her grandchildren, Marie Harder, Benji Drane, Chris Drane (Millie), Cindi Thompson and Eileen Duffie (Lee); her great grandchildren, Britany, Tiffany, Adriana, Ashton, Josh and Noah; and her great great grandchildren, Jacob, Allison, Analia and Lee. She is also survived by other relatives and many friends.
