She was predeceased by: her parents, James Thomas Hall and Mackie Lou Hall; her husband Otis George Chalker; her siblings, James T. Hall and Margie Boatright; and her great grandchild Dylan Anderson.
She is survived by: her children, Jimmy Ray Chalker of Adrian, Connie Chalker (James), Rita Tapley and Carol Odom (Gary); her siblings, Janice Cheryl Polan of Swainsboro, Lewis Hall of South Carolina, Daniel Hall of South Carolina and Lou Ellen Flanders of South Carolina; and her pet Mia. She is also survived by 9 grandchildren, several great-grandchildren, several nieces, nephews, and many friends.
