She was predeceased by: her parents, Preston B. Durden and Margie Greenway Durden; her husband William "Bill" Payne; her daughter Dana Payne; her grandson Trey Wainwright; and her daughter-in-law Kimberly Jo Payne.
She is survived by: her children, William Payne of Dublin, Rebecca Perry (Paul) of Rentz and Tena Wainwright (Butch) of Franklin; her brother Jinks Durden (Betty) of Metter; her grandchildren, Joshua Chance, Jessica Tanner, Kristin Payne, Dalton Perry, Shelby Gordon, Dustin Payne, Sam Wainwright, Bradley Payne and Savannah White; and her great grandchildren, Harper Payne, Luke Payne, Harleigh Payne, Jackson Payne, Sloane Tanner, Piper Tanner, Walker Mae Tanner, Kollins White, Eli Chance and Case Chance.
In lieu of flowers the family asks that donations be made in memory of Mrs. Payne to Rosemont Baptist Church at 2725 Rosemont Church Road, Soperton, Georgia 30457, or to Connection Church Dublin at 314 Academy Avenue, Dublin, Georgia 31021.
