She was predeceased by: her parents, Willie Sam and Mattie Sumner Newman. She is survived by: her husband Johnson Turner; her children, Connie Turner Ferguson (Richard) of Bluffton, SC, Suzette Clay (Neil), Ronnie Turner (Connie) and Kelvin Turner (Michele); her siblings, Ruby Johnson (Roger) and Raymond Newman (Linda); and her grandchildren, Jennifer Rae Omerovic (Muamer), Allison Ferguson, Clint Turner (Natalie), Chad Turner (Marlee), Nathan Turner, Natalie Rollins (Dylan), Olivia Turner, James Clay (Katie) and Evan Clay. She is also survived by Six Great-Grandchildren, nieces, nephews and extended family.
