He was predeceased by: his parents, Irby Jackson Harrell, Sr. and Lynda Rowe Harrell. He is survived by: his wife Linda "Lynn" Harrell; his sons, Bryan Tanner (Rannie) of Donaldson and Nick Tanner (Amanda); his sister Lesa Dixon (Trey) of Statesboro; his sister-in-law Judy White; and his grandchildren, Bailey, Joshua and Axel Tanner.
