He was predeceased by: his parents, Luis Lugo and Jovita Lugo. He is survived by: his wife Maria Lugo; his children, Milagros, Linda, Michelle and Raul Jr.; his grandchildren, Kristina, Kristopher, Ava, Marianna, Veronica, Lorenzo, Marissa, Brandon, Eric and Aaron; and his great grandchildren, Makaylah, Alan, Alaia and Damien.

In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to The Alzheimer's Association.
