She is survived by: her grandchildren, Michael, Johnathan Phillips Castrillon of Astoria, NY, Bryan, Pam, Owen Phillips of Peachtree City, GA, Jason, Kimberly, Madilyn and Lyla Adkins. She is also survived by her two sons, one daughter.
