He was predeceased by: his parents, Edgar Ryan and Gladys Payton Ryan; and his siblings, Lynda Ryan, James and Ray Ryan.
He is survived by: his wife Sue McMahan Ryan; and his children, Karen Ryan Somsen (Jon) of Rising Fawn, GA and Ralph Ryan (Kim) of Trenton, GA. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews, & cousins.
