She was predeceased by: her husband Leonard Gilbert; her daughter Barbara Gilbert Guffey; and her parents, Julius Cagle and Vinnie Cagle. She is survived by: her children, Bernice Gilbert East (Jim), Theresa Jackson (Brian Scott), Chasity McGee (Troy), Burnell H. Gilbert (Linda) and Davy Gilbert. She is also survived by nine grandchildren; twenty-four great-grandchildren; twelve great-greatgrandchildren.
