She was predeceased by: her husband Mack Medley; her parents, Kermit Culbert and Ola Mae Culbert; and her brother Calvin Culbert. She is survived by: her children, Mona Henry and Shon Medley; her grandchildren, Amber Davis, Adam Henry and Nicholas Henry; and her pet Molly.
