She was predeceased by: her husband Rollie C. Moore; her parents, Thomas Cook and Lula Lowery Cook; her daughter Ola Gayle Moore; and her siblings, Martha Eula Haggy, Lula Joyce Sweis, Nola Elizabeth McHone, Merble Quincetta Bookout, Gena Robin Smith and James Carson Cook.
She is survived by: her children, Walter Moore (Angie) and Claudia Pridgen (Charlie); her grandchildren, Frank Pridgen (Mayet), Tiffany Kirby (Ross), April Crumley (Michael) and Colton Moore; her great grandchildren, Connor Kirby, Riley Kirby and Keiyo Pridgen; her siblings, Thomas Cook Jr. and Jewell Frasier (George); and her sisters-in-law, Althea Moore and Joann "Tootsie" Roach.
