He was predeceased by: his father Walter Ouzts; and his former wife Barbara Jean Ouzts. He is survived by: his wife Judy Gass Shirley Ouzts; and his children, Michael Rhett Ouzts (Brenda), Stephen Bradley Ouzts, Sheila Parkerson (Mickey), Kat Gass (Billy), Randy Gass and Ward Gass (Efrain). He is also survived by 12 grandchildren; and 13 great-grandchildren.
