He was predeceased by: his mother Mae Taylor; his son Donald Taylor, Jr.; and his siblings, Margaret McDonald, Lewis Taylor, Franklin Taylor, Ron Taylor and Ned Taylor.
He is survived by: his wife Joann Taylor; his children, Frances Taylor and Jeremy Taylor (Devonna); and his brother Ricky Crabtree. He is also survived by nine grandchildren and eleven great grandchildren; several nieces and nephews and a host of friends.
