Payne and Angela Taylor Payne; his sisters, Jenny Dalton (Jeremy) of Summerville, GA and Carley Weems (Jaymes) of Trenton, GA; his niece Shelby Ramsey (James) of Brunswick, GA; his nephews, Daemion, Devin and Jensen Dalton of Summerville, GA; his great-nephew Christopher Robin Ramsey of Brunswick, GA; and his close friends, Dillon Hartline, Cory Winfree, Justin Oglesby, Chase Palmer, Wilbert Chapa, Carter McCormick, Matthew Harris, Jon Shelton, Jeramey Case, Taylor Everett and Chevy Christopher. He is also survived by numerous aunts, uncles, and cousins.
