She was predeceased by: her parents, John Thomas Cottle and Jewel Sumner Cottle; her daughter Patricia Jewel Walters; and her siblings, Donald Cottle, Linda Warren and Gwen Spurlin.
She is survived by: her son Robley Franklin; her daughter-in-law Brenda Sue Walters of Jacksonville, Florida; her brothers, Tommy Cottle of Ty Ty and Frankie of Ty Ty; her sister-in-law Marianna Cottle of Ty Ty; her sister Bonnie; her brother-in-law Bobby Simpson of Tifton; her grandson Jason (Haley Culpepper) of Jacksonville, Florida.; and her caregivers, Linda, Kathryn, Brenda, Veronica, Rudine, Vanessa, Cynthia and LaVita.
Ms. Cottle had many talents which included sewing, watercolors, basket weaving, spinning yarn and thread, quilting, crocheting, knitting, antiquing, making clothes for church missions, making masks during the pandemic, making wreaths, decorating, bowling and playing the card game, Hand and Foot.
