He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Laverne Hugh Garvey and Mary Jo Medford Garvey; his wife Kathy of Jacksonville, Florida.; his children, Jennifer Haynes (Chad), Allison Faircloth (Will) and Jonathan Garvey (Mallory); his brother Jesse; his sister-in-law Tori Farmer; his niece Tricia Redenius; his nephew Greg Farmer; his great-niece Isabelle Redenius; and his grandchildren, Claire Haynes, Maggie Haynes, Sam Faircloth, Sadie Garvey and Reed Garvey.
