He is survived by: his wife Peggy Collins; his sons, Michael "Andy" (Elizabeth Collins) and Russell (Christina Collins); his stepdaughter Shannon (Jeff Fulghum); his grandchildren, Matthew Collins, Ashley Woodruff, Mitchel Collins and Dustin Scarbor; and his siblings, Donald (Beth Collins) and Debbie (Darrell Osborne). He is also survived by two great grandchildren.
