He was predeceased by: his parents, Ralph Roberts and Mary Roberts; and his wife Shirley Hankins. He is survived by: his son Philip Hankins (Becky); his granddaughters, Mallory of Tifton and Macy Hankins of Tifton; his sister Beth Peterson of Fitzgerald; his sister-in-law Sue Walker (Wes) of Ocilla; and his nieces and nephews, Ronnie Hendley, Kay Hendley, Amber Leakway (Mark), Kris Peterson, Chris Peterson (Becky), Drew Peterson and Ellie Peterson.
