He is survived by: his wife Venita "Jo" Andrew; his brother Billy; his grandchildren, Ryan Andrew, Jason Barth (Kasha), David Barth, Chris Hostetler (Audra), Stephen Taylor (Brie), Matthew Taylor, Nicholas Taylor (Lia), Austin Taylor (Courtney), Justin Swafford (Leslie), Anthony Swafford and Miranda Swafford; and his great grandchildren, Maxwell Barth, Brianna Barth, Parker Hostetler, Weston Hostetler, Kai Taylor, Easton Taylor, Aadil Taylor, Arianna Swafford, Jenna Swafford and Hunter Swafford.
