He was predeceased by: his parents, Herbert C. Garrick Sr. and Essie Taylor Garrick; and his sisters, Joyce Johnson and Jane Garrick. He is survived by: his wife Doris Ellen Hawkins Garrick; and his children, Mark Garrick of Enigma, Tony (Vickie Garrick), Tim (Paula Garrick), Matt (Donalynn Garrick), Wendy (Bill Dawson) and Carlton (Kathy Flora). He is also survived by his children, grandchildren, and great-grandchildren.
