It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Charles Ray Parker of Tifton, Georgia, who passed away on September 14, 2023, at the age of 91, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Cecil Alexander Parker and Cecilia Funderburk Parker; his wife Clara Belle Orrick Parker; his son Duane A. Parker; and his siblings, George Murray Parker, Peggy Murray and Betty Evans.

He is survived by: his daughter Lisa Parker Rosen of Tifton; his grandchildren, Charlene Michelle Wilbur and Ronald Charles Rosen; and his great grandchildren, Van Alexander, Ily Wilbur and Ethyn Wade.
