We are sad to announce that on August 26, 2023, Carla Michelle Storey Lipsey of Tifton, Georgia passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her father Dwight Morrow of Tifton; and her siblings, Eric Storey and Sonya Storey Tolar. She is survived by: her mother Peggy Lewis Storey Morrow; her husband Johnny Lipsey, Jr. of Tifton; her son Jacob Lipsey (Kaytlin Branch); her stepdaughters, Kristy Lipsey and Kellie Lipsey; her sisters, Nicole Storey of London and England (Timmi Yvonne Storey); her grandchildren, Everleigh Branch, Karsyn Branch and Saylor Branch; and her stepgrandchildren, Levi, Abigail, Skylar, Kayle, Nataly and Nichole Lipsey. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
