He was predeceased by: his parents, Robert Willie Welch and Laverne Norman Welch. He is survived by: his wife Thelda Spradley Welch of Tifton; his daughters, Tracey (Eddie Kennedy) and Stacey (Steve Tyson); his brother Johnny Welch of Berrien County; and his grandchildren, Kortney Kennedy, Kaleb Kennedy, Hunter Tyson, Conner Tyson and Fisher Tyson.
