She was predeceased by: her parents, James G Nelson and Willie Mae Jacobs Nelson; her siblings, Rex Nelson, Betty Smith and Jennie Kunes; and her spouse Thomas S Puckett, Sr. (Tommy).
She is survived by: her daughter Peggy; her son-in-law Moe Clements; her son Thomas S Puckett, Jr. (Patricia Peaden); her grandchildren, Al Clements of Ponte Vedra, FL, Anna Dorman of Tifton and Jamie Clements (Lance Owen) of Denver, CO.; her great grandchildren, Luke Dorman, John Dorman, Ry Clements, Sawyer Clements, Kayla Dorman, Caroline Dorman and Teddy Dorman; her siblings-in-law, Ralph and Jean Puckett of Columbus, GA.; and her caregiver Puckett.
