He is survived by: his son Morgan Phelps (Erin); his grandchildren, Landen, McCrae, Keagen and Nallie of Stevensville, Maryland; his daughter April Phelps; and his aunts and uncles, Roger, Rosemary Phelps of Marietta, Georgia, Patricia (Phelps) and Kenneth Lilly of Naples.
