He is survived by: his parents, Cecil Earl Harp and Frances Elizabeth Suddeth Harp; his wife Robin Harp; his children, Kayla Harp (Eric Waugh) and Stacy Stevens (Amy); his sisters, Nancy Rooks (Wade) of Barnesville and Barbara Allison (Travis) of Barnesville; his grandchildren, Chelsy Stevens and Connor Stevens (Sandy); and his niece Crystal Suggs.
