With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Jerry L. Worthy of Thomaston, Georgia, born in Atlanta, Georgia, who passed away on March 16, 2024 at the age of 68. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Charles Cecil Worthy and Margaret Chisenhall Worthy; and his son Nicholas "Nick" Worthy. He is survived by: his children, Jill Brazier (Rick) of Williamson, Jennifer Neal (Keith) of Covington and Jeremy Worthy (Lacy) of Barnesville; his siblings, Pat Briley (John) of Barnesville, Charlene Raines of Thomaston and John Worthy of Yatesville; his grandchildren, Dawson, Brantley, Laura Grace, Bella, Lillie, Garrett and Sydney; his great grandchild Grayson; his niece Vicki Sollenberger (Chris); and his nephew Barry Raines (Marilyn).
