He was loved and cherished by many people including: his grandparents, Lilly Mae, William "Billy" Lacy of Talking Rock, GA and Lucille O'Neal of McCaysville, GA; his stepfather Ricky O'Neal; his parents, Johnny Lacy of Talking Rock, GA and Brenda G. Dodd O'Neal of McCaysville, GA; his brothers, Josh Lacy (Stephanie) and Matthew O'Neal of Epworth; his nephew Levi Lacy; his niece Sara Lacy; and his grandparents, Carolyn Waters of Dawsonville, GA and Edward "Ebbie" O'Neal of McCaysville, GA. He was also cherished by several aunts, uncle, and cousins.
