He was predeceased by: his parents, Alvin Richard and Dorothy Teresa Denby Patton. He is survived by: his wife Tabitha Marie Patton of Worth County; his children, Richard P. Patton (Amber), Matthew Patton (Ashlee), Bryan Patton, Chris Terry (Mia), Kayla Terry and Brooke Cooper (Braxton); his grandchildren, Bryden Patton, Bowen Patton, Talon Watkins, Brayleigh Patton, Anniston Patton, Rylann Peterman, Clayton Patton and Colton Terry; his siblings, Jeff Patton (Wendy) of Sylvester and Sandy Seabolt; his stepfather Wilford Paramore; and his nieces and nephews, Jodi Patton, Madison Patton, Chace Patton, Hunter Seabolt and Conner Seabolt.
