He was predeceased by: his parents, George Hill and Mittie Mae Cannon Etheredge; and his wife Vedia Carolyn West Etheredge. He is survived by: his children, George W. Etheredge, Jr. of Anderson City, Jeana Etheredge Blair of Leesburg and Ed Etheredge of Leesburg; his grandchildren, Woodfin Etheredge (Summer), Tamara B. Shrable (Beau) and Wilder Etheredge; and his great grandchildren, Brock Shrable and Zoey Etheredge.
