Vetter Mae Strobridge Obituary

It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Vetter Mae Strobridge of Swainsboro, Georgia, who passed away on May 5, 2022, at the age of 85, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Virgil Mercer and Janie Jone Mercer; her husband George Strobridge; her grandson Bruce Lee; her great grandchild Oliver Strobridge; and her siblings, Johnnie Mae "Kizzie" Roundtree, Johnnie Mae Eckard, Willie Mercer and Gary Hackett.

She is survived by: her sisters, Verdie Mae Brinson of Wilmington and Ola Mae Baker of Soperton, Georgia.; and her sisters-in-law, Reacie Mercer of Swainsboro, Naomi Hackett of Swainsboro, Evelyn Strowbridge of Swainsboro, Eatha Mae Strowbridge of Swainsboro, Lillie Bell Wright of Swainsboro and Rubye Strowbridge of Swainsboro. She is also survived by many nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends.
