She is survived by: her family Heaven; her children, Steven W. Sams (Brenda) of Dublin, VA, Harry Sams of Hendersonville, TN, Tim Sams of Pulaski, VA and Sherry McCurdy (James) of Swainsboro; and her sister Violette Kinney of Andersonville, SC. She is also survived by 7 grandchildren and 9 great-grandchildren.
