She is survived by: her husband Thomas Edward "Tommy" Fields of Swainsboro, GA.; her children, Michelle Bishop Ivey (Joel) of Charlotte, NC. and Baron Bishop of Augusta, GA.; her brother Steven Keith Moore of Swainsboro, GA; her stepdaughter Tracy Fields Mason (Cliff) of Swainsboro, GA.; her grandchildren, Stormy Evans (Richard), Brandi Bishop, Cameron Bishop, Kayla Matzke, Meagan Bishop, Karsyn Lee Ivey and Tripp Ivey; her stepgrandchildren, Caroline Mason and Ethan Mason; her great grandchild Numerous; and her close friend Bobby Ray Bishop of Swainsboro, GA. She is also survived by Numerous Nieces, Nephews, and Extended Family.
