He is survived by: his wife Jody Miller Scarboro of Swainsboro; his children, Scotty Scarboro Jr. of Swainsboro, Walter Clark of Swainsboro, Heather Fraser (Brian) of Soperton, Jessica Wilkes (Michael) of Adrian, Krista Phillips (Blake) of Adrian, Lacey Coleman (Brandon) of Canoochee and Skylar Miller of Swainsboro; and his sister Rene Clark of Swainsboro. He is also survived by twelve grandchildren and several nieces & nephews.
